     Because we are a Custom Home Builder, all plans are limited only by your budget and imagination! We do not work out of a "Model Home". This limits the customer's perception of what one has the capability to build. We use your ideas and dreams, as well as our past commissions to bring your home to reality. Because of our strong relationship with past customers we are able to show you 100's of design and interior appointments based on the style and type of architecture that suits your tastes. We have an extensive database of photographs and blueprints to get you started, as well as talented outside design firms for Home Plans, Kitchen & Bath Designs, Tile Design and Lighting as well as the simplest of details like Closet Design. You will visit our supplier's showrooms or they will meet you on site for personal attention to the details you are looking for. Nothing is predetermined or pre-selected. We do work with a set of "Standard Features" acting as a starting point, which is modified into your "Wish List", however this is just the spring board, allowing you to take the leap into all facets of design and construction. We require your ideas, whether in the form of magazine pictures, photographs or sketches on a napkin. Almost anything will do as long as you can get the idea from your mind to our team of professionals, allowing us to create your vision.
